Siân Winstanley: Mindfulness Practitioner
Siân Winstanley graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and continued her studies at Ghent Opera Studio. As an opera singer, her career took her across Europe and she has featured on BBC Radio Three, BBC Radio Wales, Radio France and Radio Naçionale d’España.
Siân suffered her own vocal injury after a particularly gruelling tour and this started a deep fascination with the psychology and physicality of health and wellbeing for performers.
Siân now sings, conducts, teaches and runs Clyde Voice Care in Helensburgh, providing emergency and long-term care to professional performers.
